In which stores can I use Coupon24?

1. Please use store locator in Coupon24 "Participating Stores" section on the Home page. You can enable location sharing, which will allow Coupon24 to show you the nearest store that accepts coupons. Alternatively you can browse the map and enter address manually.
   

I tried to use Coupon24 in my store and I was told that the store does not accept these coupons.

1. Please make sure you are using Coupon24 in supporting stores. Please use store locator in Coupon24 "Participating Stores" section on the Home page to check if your store supports 8112 coupons.

The store is on the list however I was still told that the store does not accept these coupons.

1. Please report the issue using Coupon24 indicating store name and location. We will investigate and either fix the store list or improve communication in the store.

My store does not accept these coupons and it is not on the list. Can I do anything to bring them to the program?

1. Ultimately it is a store decision whether to support these coupons (the new 8112 standard) or not. Still please send us a message and we will do our best to convince store to join.

I have coupons in Coupon24. How do I use them in the store

1. Simply scan multi-coupon code (QR code) on the top of the Home page. All your coupons are automatically included into this multi-coupon code.

Do I need to print a coupon before using it in a store?

1. No, just bring your phone to the store and scan QR code at the register.

There is no (or poor) signal inside the store. Can I still use coupons?

1. Yes. Please make sure you clip all coupons you need in the area with a good signal. Then you can use QR code in the store even with a poor or no signal.

The store does not support QR codes

1. Swipe QR code left to switch to 1D barcode. QR code and 1D barcode are interchangeable.

The QR code (or Barcode) is too small or too dark and cannot be scanned

1. Tap on the QR code (or Barcode) to open full screen mode with increased brightness

Neither QR code nor 1D barcode can be scanned

1. Tap "Type-In Code" and let cashier enter the 16-digit code manually.

I want to buy certain product. How do I find out whether there is an offer for this product?

1. Tap on the floating scan button on Home screen in the bottom right corner to open the scanner then scan product barcode (UPC). Coupon24 will try to find available offer for this product. Please check the purchase requirements for the offers, it is possible that there are additional requirements like "buy 2 items".

I clipped coupon. How do I add it to my multi-coupon code?

1. There is no need to do anything. Your coupons are automatically included into multi-coupon code.

I don't want to use coupon yet. How do I remove a coupon from multi-coupon code.

1. Go to My Coupons section and unselect coupon you don't wish to use. You can come back and select coupon at any time when you are ready to use it

I want to use only 1 coupon. Do I have to use multi-coupon code?

1. You don't have to use multi-coupon code. Simply tap on coupon to enter coupon details. You will see a barcode on the coupon details page. Simply scan this barcode at the register.

Coupon description says that it is good for a product I want to buy but when I tried to use a coupon it did not apply.

1. Please double-check the coupon description, make sure that the product matches the purchase requirement. Coupons are often narrow for certain sizes, there also could be an additional requirement like "buy 2 items". If you still believe that the product is expected to qualify for the coupon please report an issue using Coupon24 reporting tool - tap on the question icon in the top right corner. When reporting the issue please:

   1. Do it from the coupon details page

   2. Include product picture and product barcode

   3. Include store location

How do I report an issue?

1. Tap on the icon with a question mark at the top right corner. You can find it almost in every section in the application. Then follow instruction. Please provide as much information as you can to help us addressing your issue.

Why did my offer (or coupon) disappear from the app?

1. Offers and coupons have expiration dates. If you don't use them before that date they will expire.

Can I use coupon at the last day?

1. Yes. Expiration Date is the last day you can use a coupon before it expires.
